Chorus residences feature quartz countertops, SMEG gas ranges, wide-plank hardwood flooring, integrated appliances, custom closets, keyless entry, Mecho roller shades, and EcoBee smart thermostats. Select residences also feature private balconies or terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and walk-in glass showers.

Chorus amenities include a rooftop pool and Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor fitness facilities, coworking space, private conference rooms, a lobby bar, Skybox Lounge, game room, rooftop solarium, Chorus Hall, valet parking, on-demand housekeeping, and a resident app.
