# Chorus

> Chorus is a new luxury apartment community at 30 Otis Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, offering studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. It is home to Chorus Hall, a 224-seat performing arts venue, and its resident company City Ballet San Francisco.
Chorus is located in SoMa, near Hayes Valley, the Mission and the Castro, with transit access via Van Ness Muni Station and the F Line streetcar.
Residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, wide-plank hardwood flooring, natural quartz countertops with waterfall-edge islands, stone backsplashes, SMEG gas ranges, integrated panelized appliances, soft-close cabinetry, illuminated bathroom mirrors, walk-in glass showers and private balconies or terraces in select homes. Every residence includes keyless entry, EcoBee smart thermostats with air conditioning, Mecho roller shades, custom closets and access to a community-wide private-network internet service.
Community amenities include a rooftop pool with private cabanas, sundeck and Jacuzzi; an indoor/outdoor training studio with cardio and strength equipment, free weights and 11 rotating fitness classes each week; an outdoor Ninja Warrior course; a reception bar with small plates from local vendors; a private dining kitchen; the Belvedere Room with fireplace and skyline views; the Skybox Lounge sports bar; a speakeasy game room; co-working space with three private conference rooms; valet parking; and on-demand housekeeping. Residents reserve amenities and receive event updates through a resident app.
